Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


For damaged or Items missing or lost:
1st. You must email us directly when you receive the package, Please include a detail of the damaged or missing items. 2nd.Take pictures of package,postage and contents and send them to us.
3rd. You must cooperate with shipping service and Vital Zone Hunting, to investigate for cause of lost or damaged items.
 If Vital Zone is at fault we will send a replacement item immediately . After an investigation we will determine who was at fault and send you the outcome and reimburse you a replacement item or refund if deemed fit from investigation.. 
Failure to do so above will eliminate a refund or replacement..

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in like New Condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect or damaged during shipping. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email  Purchase@vitalzonehunting.com or dom@vitalzonehunting.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt / or invoice.

Return Exceptions

Vital Zone Hunting reserves the right to refuse refund if there is any signs of scamming or malice by the customer.

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include electronics, software, and perishables.

Merchandise (Clothing) that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Bulk Priced Items and discount priced items: Can only be exchanged if Damaged, there is no refund on Bulk Priced, promotional, or discounted Items.

Clearance Items: Are not Returnable, sale is Final On clearance Items....

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Payment of refund: We will refund your purchase price not shipping cost to method used at time of Purchase.
